Trust Wallet is a diverse non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet, with support for over 1 million different cryptocurrencies across multiple blockchains. The platform allows users to purchase cryptocurrency, send and receive coins and even buy and sell NFTs.
Transak began working with Trust Wallet in July 2021. The Trust Wallet team works with numerous on-ramps, but saw the need to include Transak due to transparent fees, more fiat and crypto coverage and better conversion rates. Through a number of tactics and strong communication channels the Transak team was able to increase Trust Wallet’s GTV 1066%.

The Transak team strategized around three main tactics:
Asset Pilot
Transak began slowly with 3 assets (BTC, USDT, ETH). Our team surveyed what Trust Wallet supported and as Transak gained their team’s trust, we expanded. Where there was a demand on any network we attempted to add support where we could.
Marketing collaboration to drive user acquisition
In order to generate awareness, Transak’s marketing team collaborated with the Trust Wallet PR team to craft a series of posts across all social channels announcing a co-marketing campaign for the month of February 2022. The campaign’s key success metric was driving new business to the platform - an increase of 76% during the campaign.
Network prioritization for US market enablement
As Trust Wallet’s largest market, overcoming regulatory uncertainty in the United States was a major obstacle preventing user adoption. To combat this Transak’s engineering team prioritized several new network integrations launching for the greatest market demand on Optimism, Arbitrum, BNB, AVAX, and FTM.
Conclusion
As a result of our partnership, Transak was able to help facilitate a better end user experience for Trust Wallet through higher payment conversions, broader fiat and crypto coverage, access to new market opportunities, and ultimately grow net new users by 76% with 35% returning the next month.
